Crystalloids recently concluded a successful internship program with several talented individuals. These bright young minds brought fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to our teams and contributed to our company.
We interviewed three of them: Boris, Eleonora, and Johnny, each brought their unique skills and passions to the table. Let’s dive into their stories.
Boris, a Software Engineering student, joined our team eager to apply his classroom knowledge to real-world projects. Tasked with migrating our InsightOS app to Flutter, he quickly immersed himself in the challenge.
“Working on a project that real customers will use is incredibly rewarding,” Boris shared. “I gained invaluable experience in managing a large codebase, problem-solving, and collaborating with a team.”
By the end of his internship, he’d mastered Flutter and played a key role in creating a better app for our customers. When he wasn’t coding, you could find him cheering on his favorite MMA fighters or zooming around on his motorbike.
Eleonora, who has a background in International Relations, wanted to expand her skill set in data analysis. She discovered a passion for turning complex data into actionable insights at Crystalloids.
Starting with zero experience in data visualization, Eleonora quickly became a Looker pro. She faced challenges, but she persevered and even became the go-to person for Looker questions. Outside of work, Eleonora loves swimming long distances or climbing rocks.
“The opportunity to work with real-world data and create visualizations that drive decisions was incredibly fulfilling,” Eleonora said.
Johnny, a Software Engineering student with a keen interest in AI, joined our team to explore AI's potential in software development. His project challenged him to think creatively and find innovative solutions.
“Working on an AI project at Crystalloids allowed me to experiment with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to real-world problem-solving,” Johnny shared.
By the end of the summer, he’d created a tool already making a difference. You could find him lost in a drawing or experimenting with music when he wasn't coding.
Our interns didn't just do their jobs; they became part of the Crystalloids family. They brought energy, fresh ideas, and a willingness to learn, and we’re incredibly proud of what they achieved.
We believe that internships are a two-way street. We give interns the chance to learn and grow, and they give us new perspectives and a boost of creativity. It’s a win-win situation.
We're always looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Here's what we value in our interns:
