We're thrilled to introduce you to the newest member of our commercial team, Jeanne-Marie!

With her passion for data-driven solutions, Jeanne-Marie joins us this month as a Sales Executive, bringing with her a spirit of adventure and a drive to make a difference in business analytics.

Jeanne-Marie's trip to Crystalloids is a story of curiosity and determination. She comes from South Africa and has been fascinated by exploration since she was young. She has been captivated by the wonders of nature and the mysteries of the world around her. Her curiosity led her to the engineering field where she discovered the power of understanding how things work.

But it was her passion for data that truly ignited her career.

"I've always been drawn to the power of data," Jeanne-Marie shares. "It's not just about numbers; it's a tool to understand, predict, and create solutions."

Jeanne-Marie completed her Master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Pretoria. She then pursued a career in data science, where she played a crucial role in ensuring the safety of people and their vehicles at one of South Africa's leading telematics companies.

During her time there, she gained firsthand experience in the potential of data and cloud technologies in driving business value and creating new opportunities.

So, what brought Jeanne-Marie to Crystalloids? 

For her, it was a combination of factors – the vibrant high-tech sector in the Netherlands, coupled with Crystalloids' reputation for innovation and ethical AI practices.

"I was immediately drawn to Crystalloids' dynamic team and their commitment to using AI and machine learning in a purposeful way," Jeanne-Marie explains. "They're not just following trends; they're leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and drive competitive advantage."

Jeanne-Marie is excited to take on the challenges of her new career chapter and create a meaningful impact through her work.

Outside of work, Jeanne-Marie is a DIY enthusiast with a passion for football, field hockey, nature, cars, and travelling. Whether building furniture, tackling home improvement projects, or exploring the great outdoors, she approaches every endeavour with creativity and determination.
