Create beautiful things with customer data at the DDMA Data Dag 2019
by Veronika Schipper on Dec 10, 2018 4:48:59 PM
Crystalloids is actively contributing to the Data-Driven Marketing Association (DDMA) by sharing knowledge and resources. The goal of these efforts is to professionalise the data-driven marketing sector further and to share insights.
The Data Day is the most significant data event organised by DDMA taking place in January 2019 in Amsterdam, which Crystalloids is supporting as a sponsor. To find out why Data Day should be on your agenda we talked to the chairman of Data, Decisions and Engagement and the commercial director of Crystalloids - Jan Hendrik Fleury.
THERE ARE MANY EVENTS, WHY DID CRYSTALLOIDS CHOOSE THE DATA DAG?
This congress is an independent non-profit event that has been organised for about 12 years now. We serve a wide variety of topics to give the audience a big picture of recent developments and the best use cases in data-driven marketing. Each year three companies compete to win the Customer Data Award given for an outstanding data-driven transformation. This year's nominees are KPN, DELA and Zilveren Kruis. The topics are around business intelligence, artificial intelligence, data visualisation, attribution modelling, customer data platforms, CLV modelling, privacy and security. There are not that many events with such a variety, and this is why Crystalloids pick this one to support.
WHAT INTERESTS YOU MOST IN THE PROGRAM?
That is a tough question. My personal favourite is the opening keynote of Forrester Research about the most challenging part: keeping your organisation, people and processes in line with the rapidly changing technology and consumer behaviour.
FOR WHOM IS THE DATA DAG?
We will host about 400 executives and professionals engaged in operational, tactical and strategic level to create beautiful things with customer data; CMOs, CTOs CRM managers, Chief Data Officers, CX managers, marketers, BI managers, analysts and program directors.
WHY SHOULD YOU BE THERE?
The Data Dag is organised by people who, just like you, make beautiful things with customer data every day. You get to look closer in the organisations that are nominated for the Customer Data Award 2019. The speakers that have been selected by the committee are independent and have good knowledge in the field of data. And you get to meet the Crystalloids team!
